It seems there is little interest in this blog .. however, my "Disciples of Everett Ruess" group on Facebook continues to grow each day. I haven't check the MySpace group for Everett ... it has been totally silent since its inception. I think that is a pretty revealing look into the people who use Facebook vs. MySpace for social networking.
I have started to get a little interest in my published graduate thesis about the media/environmental movement use of Everett Ruess. As a result I am sifting through old electronic files to create an updated PDF version of my thesis that I can post and archive electronically. I have resisted putting up electronic versions because I have already seen how my research is never credited and plagiarized -- without it being fully available online. It would be nice to make some money off of my hobby ... but at this point is still remains just that, a hobby.
